Spiral rollers
We are producer of PU spiral rollers and coils for several years. The spiral rollers are produced in a casting mold. There are various possibilities. We can produce complete spiral rollers with an iron core and spiral coils that can be mounted on a square drive.
The separate coils are made in linkable parts, but also as separate coils with a flat end. Different lengths are also available.
We can produce the polyurethane rollers with an iron core on a customer-specific basis. This means that we produce the rollers with continuous shaft-ends or with a sleeve at the end.
The PU material is composed according to the highest possible quality properties. This means that the material remains flexible and elastic even after several years of use. Due to the high elasticity, the fin moves better to the side and the roller does not tear if, for example, a stone were to get between the PU spiral rollers.
