Interested in buying axial rollers? This plain Dahlman roller is made of high-quality and durable rubber and is suitable for AVR axial cleaning systems of, by example, potato harvesting machines.

The most commonly used diameter plain rubber axial rollers for AVR harvesting machines are 75 and 82 mm.

We also have rollers with a smaller diameter in our range. By example 70 mm, 75 mm, 82 mm or even 90 mm.

With a smaller axial roller, the passage between the plain and the spiral roller is increased.

This creates more cleaning capacity and cleaning in harsh conditions requires less power. When using small axial rollers under normal conditions, there is a risk of product damage. To prevent product damage, we recommend plain rubber rollers with a diameter of 75 mm or 90 mm under normal harvesting conditions.

The rubber axial rollers are standard made with a rubber hardness of 55 shore. Other hardnesses are also available on request.

The rubber plain rollers are very reliable and have a long service life.
