The most commonly used diameter plain axial rollers for Amac harvesting machines are 75 mm and 82 mm.

We also have rollers with a smaller and larger diameter in our range. By example 70 mm, 75 mm, 82 mm or even 90 mm.

The spiral rollers are originally made of rubber over the entire length.

At  the request of customers, we have developed a roller with a steel part on the side where the products arrive. Extreme wear on that specific part of the roller is prevented. A steel part of 70 mm is inserted to replace the rubber.

With a smaller axial roller, the passage between the plain and the spiral roller is increased.

This creates an increased cleaning capacity and the cleaning in harsh conditions requires less power. When using smaller axial rollers under normal conditions, there is a risk of product damage. To prevent product damage, we recommend plain rubber rollers with a diameter of 75 mm or 82 mm. under normal harvesting conditions.

The rubber spiral rollers are standard made with a rubber hardness of 55 Shore. Other hardnesses are also available on request.

The rubber plain rollers are very reliable and have a long service life.
