Amac uses a spiral roller with a spiral height (pitch) of 6 mm or 10 mm. Usually in combination with a plain rubber roller of 75 mm or 80 mm.

The spiral rollers are originally made of rubber over the entire length.

On the request of customers, we have developed a roller with a steel part on the side where the products arrive. Extreme wear on that specific part of the roller is prevented. A steel part of 70 mm is inserted to replace the rubber.

The rubber spiral rollers are standard made with a rubber hardness of 55 Shore. Other hardnesses are also available on request.

The rubber spiral rollers are very reliable and have a long service life.
