The spiral coils are used in various applications, e.g. cleaning axles, sorting systems and transfer rollers. The rollers are also used in disinfection machines or pre-sorting machines.

The standard diameter of the polyurethane spiral coils is 90 mm. There is no steel core inside the coils. The square drive is 35x35mm or 40x40mm and the outside diameter is 90mm.

We supply a variant where the segments can be interlocked, and also have a variant available with flat sides on both ends.

The PU spiral rollers are made in a hardness around 65-70 Shore. Almost all producers of receiving hoppers and sorting units use this hardness.

The soft, wear-resistant Polyurethane (PU) spiral rollers achieve the most crop friendly and effective separation or cleaning. In addition, pinched stones and rolled up foliage are avoided.
